Baton began his career at Quo Vadis restaurant in Soho. His work has taken in a breadth of restaurant and bar brands; working with Gordon Ramsey at The Savoy Grill, Sir Terrance Conran, (now D&D), Brompton Brands, Heston Blumenthal and St Martin's Lane Hotel. Baton joined Caprice Holdings in 2014 where he opened the first Ivy Collection restaurant in Covent Garden. As Operations Director he was responsible for the successful roll out of The Ivy Collection before becoming initially Managing Director and later in 2020 CEO of the group, encompassing Caprice Holdings, Birley Clubs, The Ivy Collection and Bill's.
Baton joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group as CEO in September 2022.

Robert joined Chris Corbin and Jeremy King at The Ivy in 1991. He was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1995 and when Caprice Holdings acquired J. Sheekey in 1998, he was appointed General Manager. It was in 2003 that he left that role to open The Wolseley. He was appointed Operations Director for the Group in August 2012.

Andreas qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO in 2013 and worked predominantly with restaurant businesses through various stages of growth including Gordon Ramsay, Soho House, Caprice Holdings, Birley Group, Bill's and Côte.He made the move into the hospitality industry joining Busaba Eathai in 2015 where he became Financial Controller. He then joined the cmpany in September 2017 in the same role and was appointed Finance Director in April 2020.

Hannah's career in hospitality began operationally with Morgan's Hotel Group, eventually becoming Assistant Operations Manager for St Martin's Lane and Sanderson hotels. It was there that she discovered a passion for marketing and the company helped her retrain in this discipline. Hannah went on to progress in marketing, with roles at D&D London, The Criterion Restaurant and Kettner's before becoming Director of Marketing at aqua restaurant group for six years, opening two restaurants in The Shard. Hannah joined the company in 2019 as Director of Marketing, PR and Communications.

David was born in Brisbane, Australia where he had his initial training. He undertook his apprenticeship at the Brisbane Hilton under Master Pastry Chef, Walter Peters. He came to Europe in the 1990s and gained experience at the Michelin establishments Fleur de Sel (Haselmere); Chateau de Montreuil (France), Dolder Grand (Zurich) and the Four Seasons Hotels (London/Dublin/Houston/San Francisco). He joined Caprice Holdings Limited as Pastry Chef at The Ivy in 1998 before leaving to start his own business, Proof is in the Pudding, which he operated for eight years. He joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group in 2013 as Head Pastry Chef at The Wolseley before becoming Head Chef in 2017. In 2022, David was promoted to Group Executive Chef.

Janene was born and raised in South Africa where an interest in the hospitality industry was piqued very early on. In 2001, Janene arrived in the UK and started initially in operational roles. In 2003 she joined Gaucho and eventually took the role of Head of Staff Training and Development where she implemented The Gaucho Academy. In April 2013, Janene joined Prezzo as Training and HR Director, before moving to The Ivy Collection as Director of People in February 2017. In 2020, Janene became Chief People Officer, encompassing Caprice Holdings and Bill's Restaurants as well as The Ivy Collection brasseries across the UK and internationally. Janene joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group in November 2022.
