OAPA
OAPA (Only a Pavement Away) connects hospitality employers with individuals facing homelessness, prison leavers, and veterans, helping them rebuild their lives through employment. Our partnership with OAPA includes:
- Charity fundraising events including Cook and Dine
- Employment talks and workshops
- Showcase days and tours
- Hosting OAPA’s 5-day Passport 2 Employment Programme with guaranteed interviews
Through this partnership with OAPA, we support individuals in finding jobs and breaking the cycle of homelessness
Springboard
Springboard helps individuals from diverse backgrounds discover careers in hospitality, leisure, and tourism. Our Employer Partnership with Springboard includes:
- Industry visits and tours
- Hosting practical training courses
- A 5-day work experience programme with guaranteed interviews
- Participation in Ambassador Q&A sessions and diversity forums
We work closely with Springboard to bridge skill gaps and support workforce development.
Fair Shot
Fair Shot empowers adults with learning difficulties through their year-long Hospitality Programme, training the next generation of baristas and cafe assistants. Our collaboration with Fair Shot involves:
- Offering employment opportunities to graduates
- Supporting the integration of individuals with learning difficulties into our workforce
We proudly support Fair Shot’s mission to reduce the stigma around employing adults with learning difficulties.
