Bio
Saimir started his career in hospitality 20 years ago as a kitchen porter working his way up through several positions, including food runner, bartender, waiter, head waiter and floor manager, across several different styles of restaurant, from French brasseries to American steakhouses. In September 2018, he assumed the role of General Manager at The Ivy Collection. About the industry, Saimir says, I’m excited by the prospect of creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they are celebrating a birthday or joining us for a business lunch. I always want to give them a reason to remember us”.
