Bio

Artan has more than twenty-five years of experience under his belt working in hospitality, highlights of which include being part of the opening team at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, running the Great Court restaurant at the British Museum and heading up the restaurant team at Searcys, St Pancras. He joined Soutine as General Manager in the spring of 2024, enticed by its neighbourhood feel.
