Bio
Born and trained in Mumbai, Jenson began his career at The Leela Mumbai before moving to London in 2007, where he cut his teeth at the Cinnamon Collection. Over nearly two decades he’s cooked across Thai, Indian and Modern European kitchens, spending six years at The Evolv Collection’s German Gymnasium. He joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group in 2025 as Head Chef at Fischer’s, moving from The Metropolitan Mayfair, and took the helm at The Wolseley City in 2026, where he champions tradition and craftsmanship while balancing regulars’ favourites with new ideas.
