Bio
‘A guest will always remember how you made them feel’ is Sotiris’ mantra and it’s a philosophy that has served him well in a hospitality career spanning more than fifteen years.
With a strong background in bar management, Greek-born Sotiris began his London career in 2012 at the Gordon Ramsey Group, working his way up from bartender to Bar Manager. Within five years, he went on to take the role of Assistant General Manager at Isabel Mayfair, before becoming General Manager at Shoreditch Townhouse. He joins us after overseeing the opening and running of private members’ club Nikita Mayfair. ‘I’ve always been passionate about guest experience and all the details that make dining out truly memorable,’ he says. ‘So having the opportunity to oversee the smooth-running of a beloved neighbourhood restaurant is a privilege.’
