Bio

Originally starting his career in the aviation sector in an office based role at British Airways for five years, Scott made the jump to hospitality and joined The Wolseley in 2003 as a Bartender, looking to escape the ‘9 to 5’. Scott then quickly accelerated to the role of Bar Manager within a year. In 2007 keen to explore other areas of the operation and diversify his skill set he moved into the role of Floor Manager working closely with the General Manager. Then, in late 2015 he joined Bellanger in Islington as Opening Manager where he remained for over three years. In 2019 Scott joined the team at The Delaunay as Restaurant Manager and was then promoted to Operations Manager in 2020.
