Bio
Michael’s first foray into hospitality was as a Bartender whilst at University. He then moved into management and had his first step up as a supervisor at the Sanderson Hotel in 2006. He stayed with Morgans Hotel Group for 3 years, working at both the Sanderson and St Martins Lane during his time with them. Following this, Michael moved to the Haymarket Hotel until 2011 when he worked briefly in a private members club before joining The Wolseley Hospitality Group as Brasserie Zédel’s Bar Manager in 2013. Soon Michael became a Floor Manager before taking on the Assistant General Manager’s role in 2017. He left the fold briefly to move to Xu in September 2018, returning in the spring of 2019 as General Manager of Colbert and moving to Brasserie Zédel in the same role of December that year.
