Bio
Federico has displayed a strong presence in the London hospitality industry for over 15 years, with a variety of Chef positions in notable restaurants including OXO Tower Brasserie. It was in November 2016 that Federico joined The Wolseley Hospitality Group as Senior Sous Chef at Brasserie Zédel. Eight years later, Federico has quicky risen through the ranks in our kitchen, being proudly appointed the role of head chef in June 2024.
