Jayne was born in Liverpool and studied Business & Finance at Bournemouth University. Her first position was as Merchandise Manager at the Hard Rock Café on Piccadilly, before being promoted to Floor Manager. In 2000, she joined Quaglino's as their Reservations and Reception Manager. Jayne joined Corbin & King as a Maître d'Hôtel at The Wolseley in 2006 until she took over as Reservations Manager in 2010. She was appointed a Director in January 2016.

Regis started his career in France working in boulangeries, patisseries and Michelin-starred restaurants. He has worked extensively throughout the world in Lausanne, Milan, Mauritius, Frankfurt, Seoul and Beijing working for the Forte, Hilton and Kempinski groups. In August 2005, Regis joined Corbin & King as Head Pastry Chef for The Wolseley. He is now based at The Delaunay in the same role as well as Head of Creative Development for the group.

Prior to working in hospitality, Sean was a collegiate basketball coach in America and obtained a Master's degree from Queen's University, Belfast. It was whilst interning at the UN in New York that he started working in restaurants and the past 10 years have seen him move from there to Sydney and now to London. From Michelin-starred restaurants to wine bars, the constant throughout has been Sean's focus on developing cocktails, spirits and beer menus. Sean originally joined The Delaunay in October 2019 as Bar Manager and then in December 2020 moved to Brasserie Zédel as Bars Manager, while also playing an active role in overseeing cocktail menus for all our restaurants. In July 2022, he took on the position of Director of Bars and Beverage for The Wolseley Hospitality Group, which will see him continue to develop our cocktail and beverage offering across the group.
